Orders will ship by Fedex, UPS, or USPS at our option without delay with most in stock items shipping within 12-24 hours.
We strive to keep everything on this site in stock, however in the rare event a purchase is made on an out of stock item, a refund will be made. Once an item is out of stock, we do not know when to expect more of that item in.
International Shipping Policy:
International shipments are not guranteed/warranted in any way shape or form, we only promise to ship item from our location and provide shipping confirmation. Items under 300.00 are marked to abandon items 301.00 and above are marked for return, if return does occur it will be processed at your, the customers, expense. If returned shipping fees are not paid we reserve the right to resale items to reclaim shipping expense.

Our policy is: Once the item leaves our warehouse we have satisfied our obligation to the customer, as we are not responsible for, nor can we exert any influence over customs laws, policies, or practices in any locale. You, the customer are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with pertinent customs laws in the country to which items are addressed and/or any international laws, statuteor regulatory provisions which apply to products ordered from us.
Product Returns/Defective on Reciept:
(Claim must be made within 24 hours of date shipment is recieved or delivered,Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items)
All Sales are final, If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and need to return it you must contact us within 24 HOURS of receipt of the purchase. We may issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). This RMA number must be placed on the outside of the returned package and returned within 72 HOURS to qualify for repair or replacement. Packages returned without a return authorization issued will be refused. All shipping is responsibility of the customer.(All Shipping charges are Non-Refundable)
Customer pays return freight for non and defective items. All original item pieces, item packaging, including the original box the item came in and all paperwork must be returned and items must be in new condtion for resale. Items MUST still be in original shrink wrap. We will either issue a refund or replace it. (All Shipping charges are Non-Refundable).
We no longer except returns of any kind on clam shell items other than defective.
Product Warranties
99% of items have No Warranty
Some items are covered by Factory Warranty, Most of these items will come with a warranty card and instructions on how to contact the manufacture. If there are any question on which products might or might not have a warranty just email us. But please keep in mind most items do not have warrany of any kind.
Product Shipment Damages

We fully insure all packages that ship via UPS. If you receive a damaged or broken item that shipped via UPS contact us within 3 days. We will file an insurance claim on your behalf. Upon settlement of the claim by UPS, we will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You must keep all original packaging materials, including the original shipping box for a period of 20 days after contacting us.

I understand and agree that this ‘Purchase Waiver – Assumption of Risk - Release of Liability Agreement’ shall remain in force and effect from this day forward covering each and every subsequent purchase from Coyote's Sports. Waiver, Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability Agreement as applies may not be revoked, altered, amended, rescinded or voided without the express prior written consent all parties.
